Technics SA-5060 FM-AM Stereo Amplifier, Remote LED conversion, Phono preamp

Listening to it now I can hear why they are so popular. The Pretenders (Get Close) album played on my Garrard turntable sounded amazing. The rotary controls have been cleaned and lubricated. One of the panel lamps had blown so replaced those with multi coloured remote controlled LED lamps; so you can chose panel colour to match your mood all with a touch of the remote.

Lamps also colour fade independently and strobe (which is not very nice in my opinion). Everything is working very well, both channels clean and well balanced.

However, please note that I couldn't test radio reception properly as we are in a poor reception area and don't have an external antennae. Generally in very good condition, with some minor marks. The top does close properly but I had not refitted all the screws for some of the photos.
