Dynaco SCA80 Pre Amplifier Circuit Boards, Two with Van Alstine Mod

Working on cleaning out shop. I have accumulated tons of electronic equipment and amps over the years. My goal was to restore and rebuild them after I retired from my real job.

I opened a tube amp restoration business and it has become quite apparent that I will never get to my own stuff. These are a Dynaco SCA 80 preamp driver boards, All marked PC 17. The two with the brackets are modified to Fank Van Alstines Specs(from PAT 4 mod he did many years ago) This mod was very good and substantially improved the PAT 4.

I have used the same mod for the SCA 80 successfully. These were some I modified and never used.

What you see is what you get. I don't have anyway to test them. I have been an electronic hobbyist for over 45 years.

I write articles, for AudioXpress concerning restoration, repair and maintenance of vintage audio equipment and radios. I build custom audio amplifiers and speakers for customers, as well as for pleasure. My interest is in preserving and promoting the use of many vintage items. I offer a restoration service for select audio brands including Heahtkit, Dynaco and McIntosh tube amplifiers. I also double box any item that has tubes or glass, or is particularly fragile. Proof of careful packing also facilitates any damage claims. I leave feedback when you pay for your item. When you receive the item, please unpack it right away, and carefully inspect for damage and function.
